How much is tuition?

Let’s Play Music starts at $260/semester and materials are $91 for the year and include workbooks, flashcards, tone bell set, and an album. Sound Beginnings costs $225/semester and materials cost $42.50 and include a workbook, rhythm instrument, album, and tote.

Can I join at any time of year?

Let’s Play Music (kids start at ages 4-6) Enrollment opens and March and classes fill quickly. Sometimes spots are open as late as September. Classes start in August.

You can enroll anytime for Sound Beginnings classes (for 2-4 year olds with a caregiver) *as long as there is space. Enrollment opens for the following semester in May and November. Classes run August-December and January-May.

Where are classes held?

I hold classes at my home located near UCR. I have a keyboard room for more advanced classes. Sound Beginnings classes are often held in my backyard, weather permitting.

Are you vetted?

I am certified as a Let’s Play Music teacher, which requires the Live Scan process (fingerprint and background check).
